Meet Henry Nwankwo who is managing our Optima Project in Glasgow.

Henry commented “I’m proud to be Site Manager for the Optima project at Vantage. My role spans everything from coordinating trades and keeping timelines on track to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety across site.

What I love most about the job is seeing a vision take shape – from mobilisation through to completion – and working alongside a great team to deliver results we can all stand behind. No two days are the same, and every challenge is a chance to grow.”
