Adam is co-founder of Vantage Zero, responsible for strategic business direction and day to day management of the business. Adam has extensive experience leading project businesses across all sectors and is a qualified building services engineer.

Chris is co-founder of Vantage Zero, with a key focus on business development and strategic relationships. He has close to 20 years experience in commercial real estate – specifically in the development and construction sectors.

Simon is a highly experienced leader in UK commercial property, bringing decades of expertise in asset management and strategic growth with a proven track record of managing multi-billion-pound portfolios.

Mark leads our projects business both on the commercial and delivery sides of the business. He is responsible for pre-contract and delivery stages on all of our projects. Mark has over 20 years experience pricing fit-out and lifecycle replacement projects and is a key part of our senior management team.

Adrian is responsible for project delivery and manages our on-site teams and subcontractors. Adrian has over 20 years’ experience of site management and ensures quality delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

Sam is responsible for all our project delivery activities throughout the UK, with a particular focus on our growing portfolio of projects in the North West. Based in our Manchester office, Sam has over 15 years experience in construction, working for tier contractors, and he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our delivery operations.

Ryan heads up our finance side, a vastly experienced leader who has day-to-day responsibility for our management accounts, project cost reporting and cash flow across live retrofit and refurbishment schemes, budgeting and forecasting, contractor payment applications and valuations, and financial reporting to the board.

Craig is part of our site management team, responsible for setting up and running our construction sites. His remit covers subcontractor management, health and safety, inductions, and day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth delivery for our clients. Craig brings over 30 years of fit-out experience delivering projects across the UK.

Fiona supports our project delivery teams coordinating site set-up and material orders. Fiona also supports senior management in the day-to-day running of the business and coordinates content creation for our online platforms.

Freya heads up our HR function, taking care of our people and supporting with the hiring of new staff. Based in our London office, Freya is a key part of our central support team.
