Practial Completion Achieved 12 Greek Street
We’re pleased to announce the completion of our multi-floor refurbishment at 12 Greek Street, a landmark workspace in the heart of Leeds’ prime business district.
Appointed by NPV, Vantage delivered CAT A and fully fitted Cat A+ suites across the first, sixth and seventh floors, creating high-quality, flexible space for today’s occupiers.
The refreshed interiors combine a refined, contemporary aesthetic with premium finishes and adaptable layouts, enhancing the building’s appeal and futureproofing the asset.
