Project Design Appointment – Soapworks

We’re delighted to be appointed to deliver RIBA Stage 4 design works across two suites at Soapworks, continuing our involvement in the building’s evolution and growing workspace portfolio.

Across the two spaces, totalling 17,500 sq ft, we’re delivering a mix of CAT A and CAT B solutions, including the subdivision of the ground floor into nine self-contained CAT B suites – creating flexible, ready-to-occupy workspace for growing businesses.

Both projects will target an all-electric, EPC A standard, incorporating high-efficiency LED lighting and smart controls, VRF systems and low-energy design solutions to deliver sustainable, future-ready workplaces that perform as well as they look.
