The main contract works at 1 Friary are due to complete in the coming weeks, with the project continuing to take shape ahead of the next phase of works which Vantage will be delivering.

The new double-height reception space is now coming to life, creating a striking first impression for future occupiers and visitors alike, ready for Vantage to apply the finishing touches.

Reception fit out works will soon be underway, bringing together the final finishes and details that will transform the arrival experience into a premium Grade A environment.
