Works are progressing well at the Optima Building (58 Robertson Street). Existing timber structures have been cleared to make way for the new Amenity Lounge, with M&E first fix and raised access floor installations now underway across the lounge and CAT A office spaces.

Designed to enhance the occupier experience, the lounge will deliver high-quality breakout and collaboration areas, including informal meeting spaces, Zoom booths, bookable rooms and flexible event space.

Purposefully planned for modern, hybrid working, the Business Lounge will create a welcoming hub for occupiers and visitors alike, strengthening the building’s overall amenity offer.
