  • Adam is co-founder of Vantage Zero, responsible for strategic business direction and day to day management of the business. Adam has extensive experience leading project businesses across all sectors and is a qualified building services engineer.

  • Chris is co-founder of Vantage Zero, with a key focus on business development and strategic relationships. He has close to 20 years experience in commercial real estate – specifically in the development and construction sectors.

  • Simon is a highly experienced leader in UK commercial property, bringing decades of expertise in asset management and strategic growth with a proven track record of managing multi-billion-pound portfolios.

  • Mark heads up the commercial side of the business, responsible for pre-contract estimation and supply chain procurement across all of our projects. Mark has over 20 years experience pricing fit-out and lifecycle replacement projects and is a key part of our senior management team.

  • Karl heads up our project delivery team and has extensive experience in project and construction management. Karl oversees the planning and execution of our projects, ensuring teams deliver world class outcomes for our clients and partners.

  • Rhiannon is an experienced management accountant with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting and cost control, providing financial expertise and data driven insight to ensure seamless project delivery, cost efficiency and value to our clients.

  • Sally supports our project delivery teams coordinating site set-up and material orders. Sally also supports senior management in the day-to-day running of the business and coordinates content creation for our online platforms.

  • Freya heads up our HR function, taking care of our people and supporting with the hiring of new staff. Based in our London office, Freya is a key part of our central support team.
