  • Adam is co-founder of Vantage Zero, responsible for strategic business direction and day to day management of the business. Adam has extensive experience leading project businesses across all sectors and is a qualified building services engineer.

  • Chris is co-founder of Vantage Zero, with a key focus on business development and strategic relationships. He has close to 20 years experience in commercial real estate – specifically in the development and construction sectors.

  • Simon is a highly experienced leader in UK commercial property, bringing decades of expertise in asset management and strategic growth with a proven track record of managing multi-billion-pound portfolios.

  • Mark heads up the commercial side of the business, responsible for pre-contract estimation and supply chain procurement across all of our projects. Mark has over 20 years experience pricing fit-out and lifecycle replacement projects and is a key part of our senior management team.

  • Adrian is responsible for project delivery and manages our on-site teams and subcontractors. Adrian has over 20 years’ experience of site management and ensures quality delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

  • Sue is responsible for the financial management and accounting of the business and is based in our Manchester office. Sue has over 15 years’ finance experience in the construction industry, with strong expertise in the CIS tax system.

  • Fiona supports our project delivery teams coordinating site set-up and material orders. Fiona also supports senior management in the day-to-day running of the business and coordinates content creation for our online platforms.

  • Freya heads up our HR function, taking care of our people and supporting with the hiring of new staff. Based in our London office, Freya is a key part of our central support team.
