Vantage Appointed for Multi-Floor Refurbishment at 12 Greek Street, Leeds
We’re delighted to announce that Vantage has been appointed to deliver a major multi-floor refurbishment at 12 Greek Street – a landmark multi-let workspace located in the heart of Leeds’ prime business district.
Just minutes from the city’s key transport connections and amenities, 12 Greek Street is one of Leeds’ most sought-after office addresses. Our appointment will see the delivery of CAT A & fully fitted Cat A+ suites across the first, sixth, and seventh floors, transforming the interior to meet the evolving needs of modern occupiers.
The design – developed as part of a new brand-led concept – will introduce a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic, blending premium finishes with functional, flexible workspace layouts.
Working directly on behalf of landlord NPV, Vantage completed the stage four design phase in August and will commence on-site works later this month. The project is scheduled to run for eight weeks, with practical completion targeted for the final working week of 2025.
This refurbishment marks another exciting step in our mission to help asset owners reposition and futureproof their buildings – creating spaces that attract tenants, enhance value, and meet the demands of the next generation of workspace users.
