Vantage Appointed to deliver a new Business Lounge at Optima Building

We’re pleased to announce that Vantage has been appointed to deliver a new Business Lounge at Optima Building on behalf of the Landlord.

The new amenity will introduce a high-quality breakout environment, providing occupiers with a more comfortable and relaxed space to meet with colleagues and visitors in informal surroundings. The Business Lounge will incorporate dedicated Zoom booths, meeting rooms available for hire, and a flexible layout that can be used for tenant and networking events.

Designed to support modern, hybrid working patterns, the space will enhance the day-to-day occupier experience while significantly strengthening the building’s amenity and service offer.
