Vantage awarded Office Refurbishment at Soapworks, Manchester

Vantage are delighted to have been awarded a further project at Soapworks in Salford, working with clients GMPF and our architectural partners at AXI to create a cutting edge 5000sqft plug & play office suite with a view to attracting new occupiers to the building.

Following our successful completion of the buildings solar installation in early 2024 and the initial CAT A refurb of this suite in the same year, we are thrilled to be working with GMPF and property managers Innov8 on a further scheme in the building.
