Vantage Awarded Major Futureproofing Scheme in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne

We’re delighted to announce that Vantage has been awarded a major 25,000sqft futureproofing refurbishment across multiple floors of Newcastle’s ‘One Citygate’.

Working directly for landlord Britannia Invest A/S, we shall be starting works later this month following completion of our comprehensive stage-four design in July.

We will be delivering best in class CAT A & B space, alongside a ground-floor wellness suite and a roof-level amenity space to the buildings fifth floor.

Alongside the fit-out works, we shall be improving the buidings central infrastructure as we swap gas-fired water heaters for an all-eletric ASHP – this follows improvement recommendations in our Sustainability Audit undertaken earlier in the year.

The project will run for 5 months with completion forecasted in Q1 2026.
