Vantage awarded major Fit-out in central Leeds

We’re delighted to announce we have been awarded a 10,000sqft landlord CAT A refurbishment on the fourth floor of one of Leeds primary business addresses – One City Square.

Working directly for landlord Britannia Invest A/S, we shall be starting works later this month following completion of a stage four design in September. We will be delivering a best-in-class, exposed services CAT A scheme across both wings of the floor plate, coupled with a WC refresh and lift/ lobby refurbishment. The project will be completed in two stages due to the East wing being occupied until 1st Feb 2025, with overall completion planned late Q2 2025.
