Workplace Design for 68,000 sq ft Cat A Office Refurbishment at Soapworks

We’re delighted to be appointed to deliver RIBA Stage 3 design for CAT A fit-out works to Block A at Soapworks in Salford, continuing our involvement in the building’s ongoing evolution and growing workspace offer.

The project will transform the Ground to 4^th floors into 68,000 sq ft of high-quality, Cat A workspace, designed to support flexible working and modern business requirements.

Through thoughtful design and efficient space planning, the scheme will reposition the suites to create a contemporary workplace environment that enhances occupier experience and market appeal.
