  • A shell and core refurbishment at Mander Shopping Centre in Wolverhampton in readiness for incoming tenant Superbowl UK.

    The scope involved amalgamating multiple units to form the new tenant demise. Works included strip out & demolition, structural floor erection, new utilities, new shop frontage within the internal mall arcade as well as Victoria Street externally.

    The project was successfully delivered two weeks ahead of schedule, just before Christmas shutdown 2024.
