  • A Cat-B refurbishment at Salfords, Soapworks development. Our brief was to design and deliver a space that meets current occupier design both in terms of energy performance and design aesthetic.

    The refurbishment saw a full re-design of the space by our architectural partners AXI, with uplifted LED lighting and an extension to the current VRF systems, providing a low energy, electrified space.

    Our construction team, lead by Karl Watson, completed the install in 6 weeks providing the rapid turnaround the client required.

    The space is gas free, rated EPC A and benefits from on-site renewable energy generation following our PV installation at the asset earlier in 2024.
