  • A retrofit solar installation at The Arches development in Leicester.

    Our brief was to design and deliver a solar scheme that could off-set reliance on grid supplied energy and further boost the assets sustainability credentials in-line with the Article 9 funds investment strategy.

    Our construction team completed the install in 5 weeks, 1 week ahead of programme.

    The system generates 25% of buildings electrical energy load and will provide close to £1M in savings over a 25 year period.
